Bill has grown Ambro Adjustment, Inc. to be one of the largest independent appraisal firms in the Northeast, consistently completing in excess of 20,000 claims annually with a current volume of approximately 25,000 claims. His company has achieved tremendous growth in the industry through advances in technology. These advances have produced a significant return on investment and have allowed the company to control fixed costs while maintaining the maximum output and a dramatic increase in customer service.
In 2003, Bill recognized a need for an appraisal management system to handle the increasing demands of the industry. Not finding an effective solution on the market that could handle his requirements, he teamed up with Paul Morgan of Meridian Network Solutions. The mission was to develop a management system to address these increasing demands and build a product that would also provide a workflow capability that borders on paperless. SurePoint was developed to meet these requirements, tested in a real-time environment, and continues to be developed with the goal of providing an appraisal management solution that is extremely user-friendly and requires minimal data entry.
